Shipping

FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99 OR MORE!  Place an order for $99 or more and we'll ship it to anywhere in the U.S. for free (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Some exceptions apply.  We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

Return Policy

The return of items in original as-shipped condition will, in general (see below), be accepted for credit. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This will ensure we are both aware a return is coming, and that credit needs to be issued.

Re-Stocking Charges

We only charge a re-stocking fee when we are charged one ourselves. Depending on the product, and the manufacturer's policies, there may be a re-stocking charge applied. These are in the range of 15-30%.

Please package returns appropriately, keeping record of tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not refundable, or have certain restrictions on return.

Gas

We are unable to accept calibration gas returns due to manufacturers' policies. Any items that are dated such as sensors, detector tubes, and gas monitors are non-returnable.

Refunds

Credit will be issued only to the credit card originally used to purchase the item. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipping the product back to us. Products cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.

Limitations & Conditions

Items manufactured by others may be warranted for limited periods of time except for misuse of products. We as sellers make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. No agent, employee or representative of Cardinal Safety Supply has authority to bind our company to any affirmation, representation or warranty beyond that specifically included by the manufacturer.
